We are based in Berkhamstead, England and also have a base in Clearwater, Florida, USA.
WHERE DO MY ORDERS SHIP FROM?
Orders will be shipped from London, UK and Florida, USA.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship to over 100+ countries worldwide.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
A discount code can only be applied once when a promotion is running. These codes can also be applied across the year for site-wide sales such as Christmas, Black Friday and flash sales.

HOW DO I RETURN A WATCH?
If your watch arrives damaged, meaning that it was damaged by a third-party delivery service, not yourself, email us at info@danieljameswatches.co.uk to let us know. We will ask you to supply us with photographic evidence of the damage so that we may then verify the cause of the damage. Once we verify this accurately, we can then arrange for your watch to be returned and a replacement will be sent out to you.
Daniel James Watches will not accept a return if damage to the product has been caused by the recipient of the product once it has been delivered by a third-party delivery provider.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WATCH BREAKS?
If you are covered by our 2-year warranty, you will receive a replacement watch.
HOW DO I REPORT A PROBLEM WITH MY WATCH?
Email us at info@danieljameswatches.co.uk to report a problem. Remember to include pictures if possible.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
United Kingdom - 2 working days
United States - 3 working days
Canada - 5 working days
Australia - 7 working days
Europe - 5-7 working days
Rest of the world - 7-10 working days
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
Your warranty begins from the moment you purchase your watch. It is valid for 2 years.
Your warranty can be verified using your order number.
Here is what your warranty will cover:
- Watch breakage
- Faulty Mechanism
- Manufacturer defects
Your warranty does not cover:
- Theft
- Abuse of product
- General wear and tear
- All discolouration
- Exposure to unsafe chemicals and elements
- Damage including: improper use, accidental brakeage, scratches, water damage, smashed glass, neglect causing damage, strap erosion and link brakeage​
WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS?
If you are within your 2-year warranty, we will send you a pre-paid returns box. If you are outside of the 2-year warranty, you will be required to pay for a return.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email confirmation for your order. This will contain your order number and tracking information.
CAN YOU REPAIR MY WATCH IF IT BREAKS?
We do not currently offer a repairs service.
